Grower contracts are established for each year and variety. Each grower may have multiple contracts, with contract criteria for unlimited grape varieties and vintage years. Grower contracts, grape receipts and payments are all linked. Contracts include the pricing structure, which determines the price of every grape receipt. The pricing structure is configurable, allowing you to define handpicked, per ton or flat rate bonuses. Average brix pricing is available, as are brix ranges with associated penalties or bonuses. Each grape receipt is re-priced as it is entered. The contract detail stores a base price-per-ton and allows for up to 3 price-per-ton revisions. Per acre contract pricing is also supported.

 

The grower contract module can also capture haulage fees, roadside freight costs, broker fees, county, district and state inspection fees as part of the pricing calculation. User-defined fees may be established and utilized.

The contract payment system issues checks or electronic payments, remittance advice reports and statements. Advance payments and manual checks are also supported. Multiple views of grower payables, grower payments, and grower cash flow obligations are available on demand.
