System Administration

Our Technology Group is fully conversant with all Microsoft products and with AIX, HP-UX, TRU-64, Caldera (SCO), and Linux operating systems.

We have automated System Administration scripts that monitor and report on how your system is doing on a daily basis. We also use a detailed checklist of tasks that will keep your systems healthy, and provide adequate warning of future problems.

Performance Tuning

Rightsizing your network and servers for capacity and future growth is extremely valuable. Our highly skilled consultants can provide complete system performance evaluations and recommendations for your WAN and LAN Networks, and Unix or Microsoft Servers.

Help Desk Support

Our Help Desk is available via email, telephone, or fax Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. PST. Our Help Desk will locate and dispatch your consultant, resolve your problem, or escalate your request to a consultant with the appropriate skills. Each call is logged and monitored until a successful solution is recorded. Monthly help desk call reports are available for your review.

Help Desk Support is available via support contracts, call packs, or a per call basis. We have full coverage help desk contracts for those with 12 hour/5 day or 24 hour/7 day support needs.

 

Requirements Definition & Product Selection

If you need a system, application, or network expansion, but do not have the time or staff resources to coordinate your requirements definition and production selection process, Modular can help.
